1. How do I reserve a park shelter?

There is no cost for renting park shelters. The City asks that the shelter areas be cleaned of debris and food when you have finished using them. Park shelters can be reserved by calling City Hall at (515) 233-2670 or Reserve a Shelter.

2. Where is the best place to park when attending soccer matches or baseball/softball games at Upstill Park?

Upstill Park has a parking area off Park Avenue just past the entrance to the park. Parking is also available in the elementary school parking lot during non-school hours.
